We are so happy to get another peek at the fun-filled world of Lark Pien!  Work in the show includes a variety of original artwork from her popular books, and even some never-before-seen pieces!  The slideshow below starts off with original pages from Mr. Elephanter, and then moves into nine pieces that couldn't be included in the book.  Next are original pages from Lark's minicomic, Long Tail Kitty - XOXO.  Finally, the last four pages are color test pages for the Long Tail Kitty minicomics and book.  Long Tail Kitty Full Moon Night is a two-page excerpt from the book of the same name:  Tony and Long Tail Kitty are walking to a steamboat carnival operated by robots.  Long Tail Kitty Outer Space! is another two-page excerpt from the book of the same name:  Long Tail Kitty helps a pair of ET kids repair their ship, which they have crashed in a tree.  We'll be adding more images before the start of the show...And if you've ever wanted to spend an afternoon learning how to draw with Lark, click here to read more about the workshops she'll be offering at the gallery!
