Opening reception: Sunday, July 15th, 2-6 pm
Summer in the city: our annual cityscape show features work from an urban point of view, everything from neighborhood Victorians to downtown skyscrapers, with a few landmarks just for fun. The show includes work from over thirty local artists: paintings from Lindsey Kustusch, Jonathan Ahn, Lana Purnell, David Cheifetz, Xiau-Fong Wee, Karen White, Scott Grabowski, Michael Chamberlain, Wayne Jiang, Felicia Forte, Matias Salas, Jesse Mangerson, Erica Pollock-Norelius, Sonja Navin, Alan Mazzetti, Zue Acker, Patricia Araujo, and Colleen Proppe, mixed media pieces from Paige Ferguson-Tritt, etchings by Alice Gibbons, photos by Pep Ventosa, Barbara Wyeth and Thomas Shearer, prints from Katie Gilmartin, Niana Liu, Linda Pedersen and Alyson Thomas, 3D photo collages by Jackson Fahnestock, new bone boxes by L. Maude Kirk, drawings from Elizabeth Ashcroft and Samuel Brantley, a reclaimed book clock from Jim Rosenau, and even a new video installation about San Francisco from Koji Nagao. It's a terrific show--we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
